Is Twitter killing everything else?

Marcelo Marfil makes some good points about why we could use Twitter as a feed aggregator since most companies and blogs already broadcast their content through Twitter.

What is most interesting in his article is the use of lists to unclutter the main timeline. I have started doing so a few days back and it has already removed all the cumbersomeness of reading through hundreds of tweets in the morning (bad, bad timezone).
