Alpha Dominche
I know nothing of brewing and coffee. I’d like to comment on the video included at the end of the post though.
As usual these days, when something new’s released, the guys behind do a little video to help advertise the product. The Alpha Dominche is no exception: the video is great but it has little, technical flaws. To name two:
- The audio tracks are not well-balanced: the voice plays on the right ear while the music plays on the left one.
- The slow-motion footage hasn’t been done right. It’s not 60 fps footage playing at 30 fps, nor is it 30 fps footage time-remapped through optical flow. The end result is choppy and looks weird.
It’s easy to fix and would make the video totally awesome. Think about it if you’ve involved in a similar kind of a project.
