Apple vs Samsung

I’m late to the party, but I wanted to voice in.

This statement released by Samsung after the ruling was published made me cringe:

Today’s verdict should not be viewed as a win for Apple, but as a loss for the American consumer. It will lead to fewer choices, less innovation, and potentially higher prices.

Seriou-fucking-sly? How is blatantly copying something innovating? For fuck’s sake Samsung…
