This many people in such a small place. I can’t help but see the parallel with common dystopias such as Judge Dredd… It’s going to be a hell-hole, pollution is going to ruin it. And 9.0 magnitude earthquake seems like a pretty low standard for a building housing this many people, and in a region prone to big fucking earthquakes.
