New web browser for the iPad, by Opera.

I’m sorry, are you trying to sell a perfume here? It sure sounds like it.

The icon is terrible, the name not so great, the UX shabby at best… It’s all a big joke.

The default websites include french newspapers, so I suppose it’s somewhat dynamic though I don’t know how: English is my iPad’s default language and I currently live in Sweden. I don’t read newspapers on the web though, and certainly none of the defaults Opera has chosen for me.

The whole app is riddled with superfluous animations and various loading tidbits, and is certainly far from a good browsing experience.
